I originally applied back in October, just to see if I could improve my current plan which I pay for on my own. Had the same problems as everyone else so I just left it alone for awhile. Then when I read that the website was working much better went back online and sure enough I had no problem completing the ap and really liked how the options and costs are layed out pretty plainly... four different ins co's here in Louisiana on the exchange... I have signed up for an improved plan but still not sure which one I will take because I have no idea how much my income will be in 2014... I may or may not qualify for a subsidy... so still playing it by ear... But for me the website and enrollment went very smoothly after the original troubles... I don't really have any health issues (knock on wood) but I also put off having my first colonoscopy (i'm 52 yo) because it was going to cost $1800 even with my current ins plan, so I figured I'd wait to see if better options under ACA... do you know if colonoscopies are now covered at no cost under "preventative care" even if one has a high deductible?
