I think analysts purposly pick out companies like Yahoo to make momentum plays because they know that the CEO's are young and greedy and can be turned into puppets quite easily. I can't understand what's going through the minds of Yahoo management, when they know next year this time, when the stock is back down to $10, they'll be spending all their time in court with class action law-suits.
