Great catch but it is a bit smaller than the large metro areas. Even the smallest like say SLC or Nashville are much larger. than Grand Rapids. But it is nice to see. Seems in the south comparable smaller markets Iike a Knoxville, Chattanooga, Jackson, Baton Rouge or Greenville and Columbia, SC grew.much less. Up north from Syracuse to Madison also slow growth at best. I see also Lakeland FL even smaller but still decent sized grew at only 1% growth kind of shocking to me if true..
