Tommaso, whatthe bulls fail to understand is that the absudity is that the market has gone this high and a 50% decline is quite reasonable for a average bear mkt after a major bull. I can't find my book with a listing of declines but off the top of my head '29 down 90%, 37 down 50% ,73-4 down 50%. The current mkt is unprecendented in terms of valuation and participation. To aggravate the situation this "recovery " is one of the weakest in post war history with record consumer debt and a massive national debt. The Asian central banks are not in a position to buy US debt like they have in the past. Mike
