Total nonsense. Even for you. The stock has already been sold. The stock price doesn't matter to the company any more unless they issue new shares. A company like Walmart almost never has a general offering at this stage of their growth. So where are the new shares coming from to dilute shareholder value if there isn't a general offering? Mainly stock options for executives. This is over and above their regular compensation. So executive bonuses are almost as large as their payroll for average employees.


How does this even begin to make sense?
