Great sales call! ... You probably could have closed a sale at this meeting! ... Unless you are a Novell Sales rep, would you mind passing this situation on to someone that can make the sale? A question or two that might not have come up during your meeting, please ... does this customer know who their Novell Sales Rep is? Do they buy their software direct from MSFT & NOVL or through a VAR? Did you listen to their rationale to 'retire' Netware, and did it make sense to you? Thanks, you probably helped all of the stockholders today!
