It does not depend on the case. They are very small. In fact, very strong cases sometimes get thrown out of court. It depends on what Circuit Court and what judge. I am an expert in this area. In some fashion, I have been involved in DOZENS of cases. Don't get your hopes up. My opinion is in no way reflective on the 3COM cases. It is a general observation. Scott
