Alpha Exploration (AEX-V) carbon copy of FUU-V chart. www.alpha-aex.com Alpha Exploration completes $3-million financing Dec 30, 2013 - News ReleaseAlpha Exploration Inc. has completed a non-brokered private placement and issued: (i) 5,833,333 flow-through units consisting of one flow-through common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant at a price of 30 cents per flow-through unit; and (ii) 6.25 million non-flow-through units consisting of one common share and one warrant at a price of 20 cents per unit. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at 35 cents per share at any time until the close of business on the day that is 24 months from the date of issue of the warrant. Accordingly, the company has issued a total of 12,083,333 common shares and 9,166,667 warrants in return for gross proceeds of $3-million. The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to finance exploration expenditures on its portfolio of mineral properties and for general working capital. The company paid $96,068 as finders' fees in connection with the offering.
