The announced contracts with Lehman Bro's, Wisconsin P&L, Washington Gas, Bessimer Trust etc... are not "freebies" but fully paid contracts (not pilots). This can be verified (and I have) thru each of the contracting companies.

According to Zmax, they do not announce pilot contracts as they do not consider them material as many of these, but not all, are free (most Y2k co's do free pilots, I learned this when I was researching DDIM).

Zmax has a very large revenue backlog which will show in the 4th quarter of '97 and into '98. This was because the majority of their full conversion work was started in the second half of the year.

Zmax's auditor is Arthur Andersen, the corporate counsel is Powell Goldstein (one of the 10 largest law firms in the U.S.). Their clients and partners include Hewlett Packard, EDS, Lehman Bro's, Wisconsin P&L, Washington Gas, Bessimer, Wang etc...

Zmax is not a scam.
