Intuit never seems able to break out of its trading range..Even with strong rumors of takeover last spring it could not make it over forty. The fact remains that Quicken sales continue to decline and there is simply no evidence that Intuit can make money on the web. It continued on a downward path all day.

I think the tech stocks are headed for trouble. They have been on a rampage since April and I think competitive pricing has pushed margins to razor thin levels and expect trouble with coming earnings.

With a market cap of $170+ billion MSFT might be the short of all shorts.
