FWIW:

Neither TLS or ERSI can "hype" the stock. Until shareholder votes are held to approve the deal, both companies are restricted in what they can do/say to the investment community. I think that the slide in the share prices of both TLS and ERSI is linked to a poor understanding of the mechanics of the deal, coupled with general year-end volatility. I have posted more detailed comments about the deal on the TLS thread.
