I can confirm that my house is worth much more today than past tops.
Saw an interesting headline today which could argue for the opposite - i.e. that the Fed might be ready to let rates rise. The headline claimed that real estate prices - in some markets - were approaching all time highs. I found this news story very surprising to say the least. Sounded like complete BS.

I believe homes in SF and several other hot markets with loads of high paying jobs are seeing the same.

Draw a line between Tesla and Google HQ and the midpoint is pretty close to my house, give or take... This time of year is about the low so it was a few percent higher a few months ago, but prices are amazingly high here.
