There is almost no excuse for any business starting operations today without first being incorporated. I wouldn't think of it. There was a time when you would put off incorporation for a year or two, but not anymore. You just do it. And if you're going to have employees, it is absolutely stupid not to first incorporate.
"Corporations" is just another liberal buzzword. The image that is conjured up is that of filthy rich executives living hedonistic lifestyles portrayed in the most recent Scorsese film The Wolf of Wall Street.

Of course, they don't mean to include the hundreds of thousands of small businesses that decide to incorporate. Cause you know, liberals are all for small businesses and the little guy trying to succeed.

Basically, "corporation" as a liberal buzzword is just another euphemism for the rich. SilentZ basically confirmed it by posting that article about HSBC without having a clue about how limited liability factored into it.
