"You could call Bruce many things.....stupid is not one of them....." I have never seen evidence to support your contention. I think the fact that he denigrates the greatest thinkers and instead exalts immorality in the bible (and in real life) is sufficient proof of stupidity. He pisses on 99.9% of Scientists who are united in their consensus of the biological sciences. You don't think that is stupid? He believes that rainbows started when "Yahweh" (an omniscient and INFALLIBLE being!) regretted his "error" in committing the most immoral, disgusting, and degrading act of genocide ever committed by any living being. You don't think that is stupid? And what happened before that when light and water vapor came together?? He believes that his personal superstitious beliefs trump SCIENCE and all other superstitious beliefs contending against his. HUH????? Who is he, again?! :-( Now if someone exalts and embraces dogmas that are opposed by every other dogma--and especially by rational thought and science and REALITY...is it unfair to term such a person as STUPID?? If so...then do we consider hatred of Science and random embrasure of superstition as being "SMART"? Why is his mindless but feckless "defence" of his superstitious beliefs--to the disparagement and denial of universal scientific knowledge (available to any fifth grader)--NOT STUPID????? Because if Brum is not STUPID, then the Einsteins and Ingersolls and Socrates and Euripides and Humes and Emersons and Bertrand Russells of the world must SURELY be stupid! But let us talk sense. THEY are not the mental midgets. Take it from there, Sherlock!
