NASA has just gotten data from billions of stars and their planets

Simple data, brightness, red shift and estimated distance, spectral lines. Not some deep evaluation of "quality".

And its not the quality can't be analyzed, but directly analyzing it, would be expensive, incomplete and to an important extent subjective.
