You know, it's one thing to have a difference of opinion as to how to interpret data, and determine its significance. It's entirely another when the description of the data is one thing, but the data if you actually bother to look at it is something else entirely.

REFR's is over 50% consistently.

False. There is really, nothing consistent at all about the blue line on REFR's chart. It's all over the place. One day 80%, the next day 2%. Being over 50% is not infrequent (except over the summer) but it's clear the bulk of the blue line is below that level. Then again, the inconsistency is not surprising given REFR's low volume.

Now look at Google ... The short selling in rarely higher than 40%.

False. In fact just eyeballing it the average seems to be just a bit over 40%. Very rarely below 30%, though also not often above 50%. Again, higher volume means more consistent trading activity. Also, all that short volume? Hasn't exactly damaged the stock!

Most short traders cover the same day.

Not related to the chart data but still -- false!

REFR short sellers have added another 784K since August.

The vast majority of it coming in November during REFR's big run up, which simply goes to show how shorts operate in real life as opposed to the fantasies dreamed up here.
