Silicon Investor doesn't need to advertise what it is. It's well-known, especially with "Wolf of Wall Street" reliving the heydays of the boiler rooms. Silicon Investor was the only board around then and was used by Jonathan Lebed the "whiz kid" and some other notables.

And acquisition means nothing to people. Companies buy a brand name. "Silicon Investor" is where Elgindy ran his site. That is VERY well known. Even the SEC read his thread.
