I completely agree. I would add that all taxes are several orders of magnitude out of control. Everyone should either pay a modest 10% consumption tax or a 10% flat tax (I prefer the former). That 10% should be more than enough to run a small government with a small footprint on our lives. Most laws should be repealed, especially all race-based laws. Silly laws like jaywalking, driving without a license, not wearing a seatbelt, etc., is of no concern to the government. Victimless crimes should never be a crime. Of course, violent offenders should receive capital punishment.
