IMO it seems like a pretty safe conservative play, given the long-term commitment implied. The yield on T has always seemed attractive, and that yield seems unlikely to spike to the level that assignment of your puts would imply.

Difficult for me to judge since my personal predilection is to sell shorter term options, with typically a month or even less until expiration.
