This would mean that Hong Kong has moved into a secular bear market, joining other Asian markets such as [South] Korea, Malaysia and Thailand.

Huh? Since when have these for now undeniably bearish markets been "secularly" bearish?? Dear me!

Yet once again: where do I write for the application forms???
