Hi Carl,

I agree. It's hard to believe that technicals can be used when there may be some institutional influences. What is even harder to believe is that the technicals actually reflect institutional behaviors before they occur, but they do. This is why I rely on technicals so heavily because everything is found in the market price over time. Accurate reading of a stock chart is like reading an x-ray. If you know what to look for, it's all there for the taking.

Thanks, I even own a Compaq computer. Now, let's hope CPQ, CMGI, MER and all my babys move higher. I'm tellin ya, this is a hard way to make an easy buck.
