Every investor knows REFR's business plan. Bob Saxe has spoken about it. Joseph Harary has spoken about it. It has never changed. All the accusations about them are easily dismissed by looking up the filings on compensation, insider ownership and insider trading.

So why do you sit here day after day and continue to try and counter the truth by putting forth these preposterous claims?

I already figured out this is a "boiler room"operation. Nothing more. The shorts are now irrelevant except for what the buyback of 2MM shares will do to the stock price. Frankly, I don't care. We're profitable this year and now I can start collecting dividends.

By the way, I used to work with the SEC on docs for public companies. The "we have never paid dividends and have no plans in the future to pay dividends" is a check box item as we called it. The language is mandated by the SEC. And the "risk factors" you post as a "warning" to shareholders. Also mandated by the SEC. You cannot PROMISE ANYTHING even if you know it's happening next week. That's the law. You can only put it in after it's announced. Any potential issue positive or negative MUST be reported in an 8-K.

This rambling on by you two is just a stuck short position treading water. It's too late. The train has left the station, with or without posts on this board.
