the topic of the post that you responded to was nanotechnology. changing the physical orientation of a particle that doesn't have any dimension that is less than 100nm, based on electrical charge does not change the quantum characteristics of that particle. There is no legitimate definition of nanotechnology that would include REFR's technology. It is basically marketing fluff.
