It is probably true that names are not associated with the data stream of data that the NSA is being fed. In today's world, they could easily associate a name with most data inputs with relative ease if they did not already have that association established.

The key is that you and I both believe that they have already established a large percentage of the associations. Only fools proceed under the assumption that their data can not be associated with their name.
