Bill: "So you are speculating. It would help me in evaluating your posts if you would distinguish when you have evidence and when you are engaging in conjecture. It saves having to ask." I think I am already doing what you say you want me to do. I made an assertion (that the buses in Chicago are not yet in service) and I gave my reasoning (lack of the expected Ballard ballyhoo). I have not spoken with anyone at Ballard or the CTA about this, and didn't claim that I did. So what's the problem?
