Checking a number of busy posters who post 99% or more on political threads only, I find many average 10-50 posts per day on a steady basis. If we say the average is 20ish, then 3-4 dozen non-stock posters could be accounting for a third or more of SI's total posts every day.

Management has that data but I'm sure we will never see it - how many members post per day, average posts per user, how many stock posts vs. political, etc.
