REFR is just a very, very small piece of this. Had they responded to my letter in 2002 or this one, Bear Stearns and Lehman would not have failed. We all saw it coming. Kids trading on computers. "Experts" on SI. Fraud finders. It was and continue to be a lucrative business for those with no conscience.

SHORTis a dangerous trading practice. Sudden increases in prices can lead to huge losses. It was never designed for individuals to use in a daily trading situation.

Here's an article from Mr. Cramer, whom I thanked circa 1999 for his article sharing how short sellers operate. Nice to see he recognized the damage done.
