LOL… yea, I agree! And I don't think you're strategy is wrong… that's basically what I have except about 1/2 of my RE is notes at about 50% LTV. That's down from about 90% as I took one building back and bought another. I won't buy any more and as the notes come due will hold cash.

So if it's hyperinflation, I've got hard asset (I also have small $ amount but large share amount of my NG and RG.v and now some TRQ), and if the fed is forced to stop the madness I've got cash.

Just waiting and seeing… but definitely think a "phase transition" is at hand… of course I thought that before, but in a way there was… in fact really the S&P has gone essentially no where in a long long time.
