So now SI admins have to be judge and jury every time someone throws out an accusation of criminality? Man, you'd keep them busy under that standard.

Or perhaps we just restricted it to those who actually have been convicted of crimes? And if so, what's the threshold? Does it have to be a felony? Or could a misdemeanor, like trespassing, count?
