I have also had them cancel for the same reason and reinstate the trade minutes later...obviously at a diferent price if I was foolish enough to place a market order ! Brings up another problem with E*Trash. Their order system restricts fractions that can be used for limit orders. Your only choices are to place a market order, round up or down to the nearest 16th (or 8th) and loose $$$ or not get filled, or pay extra to talk to a broker. Is this a common practice with other ebrokers? Anybody know an ebroker that doesn't restrict limits?
