In other words, you are at "the bargaining stage"

"Please God, if DEPO does well, I will quit smoking, support the homeless, stop watching BayWatch reruns etc."

Seriously, you could send a tax-deductible contribution to:

Health Care for the Homeless Coalition of Greater St. Louis,
2600 Hadley Street,
St. Louis, MO 63106
(Phone 314 241-2200)

This money would not go to me, as we doctors are all strictly volunteers, but it would pay for some medicine or eyeglasses etc for a person at one of the 15 homeless shelters we serve. St. Louis recently received the dubious distinction of having the lowest life expectancy of any U.S. city due to our violent crime and neglect for the medical care of our poor and homeless.

If DEPO does turn out well, I will be doing the same as you.

Best Regards,

Tom D
