It was not the entire congress and those Dems that did, did so because if they didn't you pubs would have used that against them in the next election with your jingoism the people eat up.

You pubs always appeal to the worst in us, like gay bashing, war on women and minorities, etc.

And they authorized it, if he felt he needed to, they did not order it.

Of course that is unconstitutional. The constitution says the house declares war. Period. They cannot even give authority, they must do it themselves. Which they didn't.
