Every single person who you accuse of being criminal short sellers would not only welcome, but encourage, the SEC and any other legal authority to jump in and investigate the whole REFR mess. When I say "whole", I mean that ever single one would welcome the SEC or whatever legal authority looking into them as well as you and REFR management. I have absolutely nothing to hide and there is not even a hint of anything suspicious in any of my activities on SI or any other place (virtual or 3D).
