To the contrary, who's posting here in this conversation under a false name? You don't "impeach" witnesses with immaterial information. You "impeach" their expertise or veracity if relevant to a case. I'm a long-term REFR shareholder. No law against that. And I could be Hitler and the stock would still be a buy to people and not to others. Don't see your point. Just more Asensio-crew character bashing. My character doesn't affect sales of S-Class. That's how REFR will be profitable. Listen to the Q3 conference call and you'll see why shorting this stock is not only a horrible trading strategy with this volume but a very precarious one. I would never tell a group of "students" to short a stock and where to set up their accounts, etc. Those people probably have a disclaimer saying if you lose all you money, it's not my fault. Unhedged short position on the day that call was made was INSANE! It had just broken through 3 new high and the long term chart has been firming up for awhile. I question the motivation, but perhaps just someone who can't read charts that well. ND
