| | | My vote for a shelter, if SI hits the skids, would be cornerofberkshireandfairfax. The reason I prefer it over others is that it is already a community if value investors, and a lot of very capable folks are already there (bloggers like oddballstocks for example). Of course we could go pretty much anywhere, but if i had to choose a place, it would be within a like minded community like cornerofberkshireandfairfax.
As for fool.com, I have a handle there (same name) , but i do not find too many likeminded posters there, so i gave up on it 10 years ago or so, when they became more and more commercial. There is investorsvillage.com too, which has some decent boards, but the website is unreliable and run by a one man show (Blue kid or so) and could fold at any time. |
