Only that these bastards sold us out..... I would advise that everyone call Thomas J. Kelly tomorrow and voice your feelings. Does anyone like this deal? I don't see anything positive here. These shysters don't own that much stock which makes the deal look even more fishy. What is management and the board getting out of this? It really smacks of an insider sweatheart deal at the expense of the shareholders. Any lawyers out there? I think there should be COMPLETE disclosure of this deal.
