MPB, No apologies necessary for degeneracy, just try to make it racier than telecom <g>. My understanding on the reorganization is that it was a basic rethinking of the way they manage their ops, realizing that systems that worked when they were 75 employees don't necessarily work at their current and future sizes. A very proactive move, and one that I think was necessary to maintain their growth and top notch science. Yes, the Avidicin system is an interesting approach, though I worry that it may be too complicated. More steps equals more opportunities for unintended results. BTW, the fact that you get and receive In Vivo marks you as an insider. Any chance you could copy and fax that piece to a poor academic? I think you have my e-mail address don't you; yours bounced back on me. biowa
