Look I offered to pay Dale $100 if REFR is a "pump and dump" POS
The stakes are too low. How about this:

If Dale and the "rest" of us can document how REFR has a history of being a "pump and dump POS":
1) SI will terminate your account here on SI forever and never allow you to create a new one under any alias
2) SI will upgrade those of us who documented as such to Lifetime status and apologize for ever having an ounce of trust in you

If we can't document how REFR has a history of being a "pump and dump POS", then the above is reversed.
