it was easy to miss the final phase-out of the inefficient lighting technology we’ve known for so long: the incandescent bulb. They aren't phased out for me. Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007. I like the Orwellian names the government comes up with, that are frequently describing the opposite of what's in the body of the legislation. The "Affordable Care Act" is just the latest bit of unintended humor. If this administration truly wanted "Energy Independence and Security" they'd open up ANWR, off shore, and vast western BLM lands to drilling, along with approving Keystone and putting the clamps on an out of control, rogue EPA..
