1) a <= b + c would be an example. Increase c and a increases, but there are no dynamics here.

2) a = b +dc/dt. Now there are some dynamics.

Most economic arguments (and all the ones you make) are concerned with things as shown in 1), not 2). The only nod you might give to dynamics is perhaps to note that a lag might be involved, but you don't even understand what a lag does in a loop.
