You are not in touch with reality. People already run stop lights and stop signs and without rules the kids would do it all the time.

You need to go to some third world country without traffic laws and see how they drive and how high the accident rate is.

That is just not true! What a silly thing to say. If you knew that you would not get a ticket no matter what, would you routinely drive through red lights? I doubt it, and not because I think you are some sort of saint of caring or self control.
