poodle, Some simple answers for you. Bilirubin (bili) is bad if the level is too high. ALL babies are monitored for this. ALL hospitals will have this device. If the monitor works as well as it has been touted, this will be used by all hospitals, all clinics, and probably in many physician's office. MChen
