Nice chart, GZ. Thank you for sharing! Energy is proportional to velocity squared, which is (distance/time) squared. So simplistically, maybe it's an "energy" view. This question may show my youth, but would the same work for gold? Also, why does the price axis show 1850-ish instead of 1850-squared = 3.24*10e+6?
