I have. It's full of Okies and Arkies. They certainly would know from Dust Bowls. The Okie from Muskogee was born in Bakersfield, as was the #3 House R. Ventura is only 8th in agriculture. It's nice to see you defend the socialism of water projects. Not just your ordinary socialism, either. Full blown FDR/Pat Brown Democrat Socialism. Why don't you tell these parasitic takers to dig wells at private-sector expense, instead of relying on the will-sucking handicap of government-provided water? Water is like work; if the government subsidizes you, you won't go out and get a well.
