With the simplicity of this test, YES. MOST if NOT ALL babies have a peak bili level at around day 4-7 and they start getting a bit yellow. So you have a noninvasive test that requires you to stick a lighted pad on the baby for a few seconds to see what the bili is---now, what do you think? MChen
