OT: I think I have another workaround for the scrolling bug. If I disable streaming quotes (I don't use it anyway) then the page doesn't keep scrolling (it was a little tricky to disable it since the page wanted to scroll a tiny bit so it would be just off my visible screen). The bad thing is I notice the page goes to enabling streaming quotes periodically (I haven't investigated on why/when it does). I thought the idea because of my programming days and thinking that some widget was trying to get the focus (though I think the streaming quotes may be some java app).
