There are some 10million people who are unemployed. Stats are stating around 63% of our people are working some claim that low figure is because of retirement. I have not yet read this has created any woe to the social security branch of our gov, though the woe for those unemployed who are receiving gov help has subsided for a bit.

Holiday gift sales are finished now and Macy's has just stated they are going to let go of 2500 people.

The FED has decreased their bond buying which of course might put a wee crimp in the continuation of the numerical deflate of dollar.

I hope in February we do not see an increase in unemployment figures caused by retirement. The deflated dollar value is darn hard to live with in retirement
