If "spend yer dead money or lose it" makes them give the owners the profits, so much the better. Whatever gets the money back here and into circulation. If they want to buy out the Detroit Art Museum and give it all back to the city as a charitable deduction, cool. If they want to buy some city a new state of the art sports venue and donate it to them for charity and naming rights, cool. I don't care where it ends up.
