All we need to do is copy what they have figured out. No reason to reinvent the wheel. The reason we don't do it is because the Republican's who are simple water boys for the plutocrats don't want it. They don't want any social programs. The more money spent on social programs the less there is for them at the public trough e.g. the military industrial complex, big pharma and tons of corporations and rich that feed at the trough.

I never hear a pub talk about cutting defense and it wastes billions every year.

You guys have not figured that out because you are so pissed at we liberals you are willing to cut off your nose to spite your face.

The average Republican needs health insurance and access to universal health care.
