"for spending cuts LATER" Right, Reagan figured the NEXT guy would try and balance the budget so it wouldn't be HIS fault if the next guy didn't. Isn't that what EVERY politician says??? How many times in his 8 years did Reagan Demand or even ASK for a balanced budget? Did Reagan EVER present a budget to Congress that even came CLOSE to being balanced?
